One of the best surgical centers in the area. In my personal opinion, first impressions are very important in the medical field. The frontline staff did just that. I was taken in right on schedule, staff was well informed, kind and cheerful (even though I was there at 6:30 am) which helped to ease my nerves. That led to a great experience with the nursing staff and anesthesiologists just before my procedure. While in recovery, the team was extremely thoughtful, caring and showed genuine concern. (Most places try to get you out even before your anesthesia has worn off completely), Pioneer Surgicenter did the complete opposite! They made sure I was fully awake and ready to go home! Once home, I did not get one follow up call to see how I was doing but two. More medical facilities should follow their example of how a surgery center should run!
